Shame... sleeping with the enemy
So my wife talked (read:conned) me in to going to Carrabba's last night. I'll be honest, I am just not impressed with the Outback concept as I once was, the cost is up, the quality is down and the service is mediocre at best. The house salad is good but has become quite small and the bread always seems under cooked anymore but I do enjoy the spice and olive oil presentation as cliche as it has become. I had the Rigatoni Martino add meatballs and to be truthful with you by the time you add up the salad, entree and meatballs your looking at over twenty dollars. Bamm! It just ain't worth that. Bottom line 39.00 bucks with tip, no appetizers and we drank water is just too damn much.

I Love The Fall
Three things are certain in the fall, the Never Ending Pasta Bowl is one, I have e-mailed the fine folks at the Olive Garden in hope of getting dates and a menu for this years event, I hope its not all to "Top Secret" and they fill us in on some insider information.
The other two you ask? All-You-Can-Eat-Shrimp at the Red Lobster and the return of the McRib.
I feel my belt constricting as I type.
